MAKING THE MOBILE OFFICE A REALITY

Fujitsu to offer a True Push Solution from Smartner for its Enterprise Customers

Helsinki, Finland – Smartner Information Systems and Fujitsu Services today announced that they will offer a real-time Push solution which is easy to use, fast to set up and reliable for corporate-wide deployment. Smartner has licensed Smartner Duality, an award winning mobile office solution, to Fujitsu.

“We chose Smartner Duality because, in contrary to the Blackberry alternative, it is a device independent solution. It eliminates the need for two mobile devices since it works with our users’ existing mobile phone or smartphone. This means a lot of cost savings to our clients. At the same time, the solution complies with corporate-level data security standards and is affordable for a wide-range deployment, making the mobile office ideal more of a reality,” said Juha Korsimaa, Development Manager at Fujitsu Services.

In addition, Smartner Duality offers a very natural way of emailing through the mobile device built to save users time. Not only it keeps them connected at all times but, it is also so easy and efficient to use, they do not need to worry about the technology, rather, utilise it to their best interests.

Ari Backholm, Executive Vice President for Products and Marketing at Smartner says, “We are very proud to announce this cooperation. Fujitsu has a long, global experience in successfully enabling and supporting enterprises’ IT infrastructure and I am confident that Smartner Duality will be embraced by a large number of them.”
