Smartner Intranet Extender - mobile connectivity to intranet Smartner Intranet Extender provides access to enterprise intranet content through a secure operator service. Users can browse intranet content and use all browser based intranet applications as if they would be at the office. Intranet Extender can easily be deployed using the existing Smartner solution installation and provisioned to enterprises without any notable effort at the enterprise. Third party solutions - open APIs for application development As a part of Smartner Intranet Extender, a set of APIs are provided for vertical application development by third party developers. Operators can deploy vertical mobile applications with the cost-effective hosted model, and use the secure Smartner Enterprise Gateway connectivity to access the enterprise information needed by the applications. These applications can be easily added to the existing Smartner solution installation at the operator and provisioned to customer enterprises with a full point of control at the operator.
