Telefónica Móviles
 Telefónica Móviles has deployed Smartner’s Duality Always-On Mail for its nationwide enterprise customers in Spain. The new service is branded as Correo Empresas de MoviStar and provides real-time email and calendar for Windows Mobile and Symbian standard devices.

StarHub
 From 22 July 2004, StarHub, an innovative info-communications provider from Singapore, has offered Smartner Always-On Mail to their corporate customers. Under the name, StarHub Duality, the solution offers connection to two different email servers - Domino and Exchange, and extends secure access to users on Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes email browsers through their mobile phones. Companies on Exchange server and Microsoft Windows Mobile devices enjoy the added convenience of providing their users better control over their desktop functionality with the access of calendar and email folders on their mobile phones. They can view and update their calendar, set appointments, create and accept meeting requests, as well as file their emails from the Inbox directly into the folders on their desktop.

Vodafone Italy
Always-On Mail
 Always-On Mail automatically pushes new emails to the Vodafone PDA without any user interaction, and provides users with complete control over their desktop functions while away from their office. Italian business professionals can access their email and calendar in real-time, with all actions mirrored simultaneously on their desktop.
